As part of TAFAWOQ project, which is implemented by #Drops Association in partnership with #Swisscontact, an outdoor entertainment activity was implemented within the second coaching cycle, which included various purposeful and recreational activities aimed to enhancing the teamwork, accepting the difference between others, and boost the self-confidence, in addition to the psychological discharge that everyone needs in the current circumstances.
Within the initiatives implemented by Drops, the association organized a market to support the local labor market and support and empower women in the camp.
Under the name of "souk jaretna" the bazar was held for two consecutive days where these women displayed their products and sold them.
The bazar witnessed a huge success with the attendence of many organizations,clubs,media channels and notable figures.

Which enhances the professional knowledge of the participants, and the certificate given after the end of the course provides these participants with an important benefit that helps them find suitable jobs.👷🏻♂️
The relatively long training period allows participants to experience the labor market for a sufficient period of time to enable them to acquire the necessary experience and competencies in this field, and also helps them to identify and build relationships with the network of employers and stakeholders. 👨🏻💻
